Difficult Areas to Inspect
There are numerous things that could slow down an inspection. This section is designed to warn you, the client, of these things so that you can eliminate these problem areas, if possible, in hopes of speeding up the inspection. There are some areas that can not be fixed by the client (for example, hard to reach chimneys). These difficult areas are included in this section to show you what could cause an inspection on a 3,200 square foot house to take longer than a 6,000 square foot house.
The following are a few examples of difficult areas to inspect.
- Hornet Nests
- Roof/Wall Intersections
